The Fatherhood Initiative

CTH is proud to announce the launch of our Fatherhood Initiative Services, designed to support fathers as they build stronger relationships with their children, improve family stability, and work toward personal growth and independence.

Our Fatherhood Initiative provides supportive services focused on responsible parenting, healthy communication, co-parenting skills, emotional wellness, employment readiness, housing stability, and access to community resources. Fathers will receive guidance, encouragement, and practical tools to help them become more involved, confident, and consistent in their children’s lives.

 Services may include parenting education, one-on-one support, goal planning, resource referrals, employment and life-skills support, conflict resolution strategies, and assistance navigating barriers that affect family involvement. The program is designed to meet fathers where they are and help them move forward with dignity, accountability, and support.
