Children's Mobile Outreach

Our Children’s Mobile Outreach Services provide timely, community-based support for children and adolescents experiencing emotional, behavioral, or mental health challenges. Trained professionals meet young people and their families in familiar settings, such as the home, school, or community, to assess immediate needs, provide crisis intervention, and develop a plan for continued support.
